Can I purchase a unit for fall 2010 occupancy that is already leased?
A purchase of a leased unit is possible with all revenue from the lease going to the new owner.
 
Can someone buy a unit and get into the leasing program for this spring or next fall?
Yes, the leasing program begins in October and continues until all units desiring tenants are filled. We are currently 100% leased for the 2009-2010 school year but we are pre-leasing for Fall 2010!
 
What are the finishes provided?
All condos are finished with all stainless steel appliances, black granite countertops in kitchen & baths, tiled showers, 9’ ceilings throughout, 6th floor condos have lofts with spiral staircases, stained concrete floors, & full size washer/dryers.
 
What is the parking situation?
Each unit is assigned parking space in the gated underground garage. Owners will receive $100 per month per space allocated if leased to tenant requiring spaces.
