This Reservation Agreement, when completed, secures the specific unit type and location you select as an option. A reservation is fully refundable, with your written request, at any time prior to entering into a Contract. When notified, expected to be August 15, 2007, it will be requested that the buyer enter into a formal earnest money contract requiring a non-refundable deposit equal to 2.5% of the purchase price. To reserve a unit at The Galileo @ 25th fill out the appropriate information, sign and fax the completed document to Heritage Title Company at (512) 505-5024. When received the time date stamp will establish your unit option position. Heritage Title Company should then receive a check made out to Heritage Title Company in the amount of five hundred dollars ($500.00) within seven (7) days to maintain the option position. The check should be mailed or delivered to: Ms Amy Bruce, Escrow Officer Upon receiving your check you will receive an electronic copy of the executed agreement and be kept updated as the project moves toward completion.
